I've had my driveway seal coated for years, a different contractor every time. I was never happy with the results...until..... I happened on Complete Seal Coat!!!! Jim NSeptember 8, 2025Tommy just wrapped up a large chip seal project at my ranch. It took several days but it was worth it. He took the time to explain how they prep the gravel surface with a new piece of equipment he runs on a skid steer. It makes an uneven gravel surface like new so they can then flatten and roll prior to tar and chips. I went with two courses and it looks great. Nice and tight with few loose stones. Should provide a very durable surface His equipment is clean and well maintained. In fact I’ve never seen a cleaner tar trailer! Overall a top notch crew and hard working owner. In addition to the paving, there were multiple drainage issues that needed to be addressed as a result of time and wear. He kept me informed of progress and next steps throughout the project. He consulted with me whenever options or questions arose regarding drainage, traffic flow at intersections, materials, permissible areas for hime drive or park heavy equipment, etc. As a result, even the smallest preferences were addressed to my satisfaction. Both Tommy and his crew followed any instructions from me exactly and, notably, cheerfully. Our home is at the end of the driveway and is our only option to enter or leave the property. He was respectful of our schedules and adjusted his work so we could leave or enter whenever needed. Susan H.October 27, 2017Tommy fit me in within three weeks back in July to add a complete new parking section (800 Sq ft) for 3 cars, repair cracks in my 20 year old asphalt driveway and to seal both driveways (1464 sq ft). I will own it that I am picky, I went through 7 bids before choosing Tommy. I was very specific as to what I needed, right down to the curved corners on each side of the driveway so I could landscape the transition between both driveways. Tommy kept in touch with me, he got the entire job done in one very long day and still had a smile on his face when I got home from work to pay him. He came back as Promised (thats a big one with me) to seal the newly installed driveway after letting it "season" out for a few months. He even made sure to take my rebar and tape and pound the bars into the ground and tape off the driveway for me. I am so pleased with the job that I am recommending him to our homeowners association for all the work we need done here (yes we are shopping around for someone to do it for 2018!) About half of it was an overlay over an existing deteriorating driveway, and the other half was completely new. The entire driveway looks great. What I liked about Tommy: * Reasonable price * Easy to contact via text or phone, and quick to return calls * Did exactly what he said he was going to do - no surprises * Allowed me to make some changes and adjusted the price proportional to the change in square footage.
